Cracked green olives3 Cups
Parsley, chopped1-1/2 Cups
Lemon juice3 Tbsp.
Olive oil3 Tbsp.
Lemon zest, grated1 Tbsp.
Chili flakes3/4 Tsp.

To make Green Olive Relish: Chop olives coarsely, mix with remaining ingredients.

Yield: 3 cups
