Steak Ranchero Breakfast Tortilla
Marinated Sirloin Steak: 

To make Marinated Sirloin Steak: In nonreactive container, combine oil, garlic paste and oregano. Add steak; turn to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 2 hours, turning steaks once.

Beef Loin, Top Sirloin Cap Steak, Boneless (Coulotte Steak)24 8 oz
Olive oil1-1/3 cups
Garlic paste1 Tbsp
Dried oregano leaves1 Tbsp
For each serving, to order: Season 1 steak with salt and pepper; grill to desired doneness. Carve across the grain into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Grill 1 tortilla; place on plate. Top with 1/2 cup black beans; fan steak over beans and place 1 egg next to steak. Garnish with 2 avocado slices, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 Tbsp. queso fresco and 1 tsp. oregano.
