All-American Burger

For each serving, to order: Season 1 burger with salt and pepper; grill to 160 degrees internal temperature. Grill cut sides of 1 roll. Layer bottom half of roll with 2 lettuce leaves, 2 tomato slices and the burger. Top with 2 pickle slices and close roll. Garnish with 1 Tbsp. onion.
