Philly Cheese Steak Pizza
Individual pizzas topped with tender pieces of Philly-style steak strips, sautéed onions and peppers, mozzarella and Monterey Jack cheeses.
Yield: 24 individual pieces
Sautéed Onion and Pepper 
1. To make Sautéed Onion and Pepper:

In pan, heat oil until hot. Sauté onions and peppers until tender. Season with oregano, salt and pepper. Cover and set aside. Yield: 24 cups

Unbaked individual pizza crusts (about 8 inches)24
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded3 pounds
Mozzarella cheese, shredded3 pounds
Sliced pickled cherry peppers, as desired na
