Tender steak strips sautéed with red onions and Oregano Vinaigrette, piled on a grilled sub roll with tangy Tzatziki Sauce, fresh spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, sliced Gouda cheese and crumbled feta cheese.
Yield: 24 servings
Tzatziki Sauce: 
1. To make Tzatziki Sauce:

In blender, combine all ingredients, except mayonnaise. Process until blended. Remove to bowl; stir in mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: 3 cups
Feta cheese, crumbled3 ounces
Sour cream3/4 cup
Yogurt3/4 cup
Cucumber, peeled and chopped2 ounces
Dried mint leaves2 tablespoons
Mayonnaise1 cup
Oregano Vinaigrette 
2. To make Oregano Vinaigrette:

Combine vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in olive oil. Yield: 1 cup
Red wine vinegar1/4 cup
Dried oregano leaves2 tablespoons
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil3/4 cup
Frozen Philly-style shaved beef24 portions
Red onion slices24 ounces
6-inch sub rolls, split24
Spinach leaves12 ounces
Tomato72 slices
Cucumber72 slices
Gouda cheese48 slices
Feta cheese, crumbled3 ounces
