Beef with Walnuts and Kiwi
Marinated roast beef, sliced and layered on French bread with toasted walnuts and kiwi slices.
Yield: 12 appetizers
1. Place roast beef slices in utility pan; sprinkle with walnuts. Combine dill, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, crushed garlic, pepper and salt.

Pour over beef to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes. Drain marinade.

2. Arrange one piece of beef with walnuts onto each bread slice. Top with kiwi slice; garnish with pimiento.

Fresh dill, snipped1 tablespoon
Lemon juice1 tablespoon
Olive oil1 tablespoon
Red wine vinegar1 tablespoon
Garlic1 clove
Ground black pepper1/4 teaspoon
Salt dash
Kiwis, peeled and cut into 12 slices2
French bread, 1/4-inch thick12 slices
