Steak Caesar Rolled Lavosh Sandwich
Grilled skirt steak, avocados, lettuce, tomato and Parmesan cheese, all rolled in soft lavosh flatbread.
Yield: 24 servings
Caesar Mayonnaise: 
1. To make Caesar Mayonnaise: In bowl, mix ingredients until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: About 3 cups.
Mayonnaise1 1/2 cups
Prepared Caesar dressing1 1/2 cups
2. Season steak with garlic, salt and pepper. Grill steak to desired doneness. Chop steak 1/3-inch; hold for service.

3. For each serving, to order: Spread 2 tablespoons Caesar Mayonnaise on 1 flat bread. Place 2 lettuce leaves, 4 tomato slices, 4 ounces steak and 1 ounce avocado on bottom half of bread.

Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons cheese. Roll up tightly from bottom. Halve on diagonal; plate.
