Barbecued Beef Ribs
Marinated beef back ribs grilled and served with barbecue sauce.
Yield: 24 servings
Barbecue Sauce: 
1. Combine ketchup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, barbecue spice, oregano, red pepper flakes and bay leaves in Dutch oven; bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cool; cover and refrigerate.

Cider vinegar1 1/2 cups
Worcestershire sauce1 cup
Chili sauce1 cup
Brown sugar4 ounces
Barbecue spice1 1/2 tablespoons
Dried oregano1 tablespoon
Red pepper flakes1 teaspoon
Whole bay leaves3
2. Cut beef into 2-rib portions. For each serving: Grill 1 portion 5 minutes on each side; brush with 2 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce. Grill 5 to 10 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once.

Cut into individual ribs; serve with additional sauce.
