Honey Mustard Steaks with Grilled Onions
Strip loin steak with a honey-mustard glaze grilled to order. Served with grilled red onion slices.
Yield: 24 servings
Honey Mustard Glaze: 
1. Combine mustard, honey, parsley, vinegar, water, hot pepper sauce and pepper; mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
Coarse-grain Dijon-style mustard2 cups
Honey1/2 cup
Parsley, chopped6 tablespoons
Cider vinegar1/3 cup
Water1/3 cup
Hot pepper sauce1 1/2 teaspoons
Coarsely ground black pepper3/4 teaspoon
2. Grill steaks to desired doneness and onion slices until tender, turning once and brushing both sides of each with glaze.

3. For each serving: Plate 1 steak. Serve with grilled red onion slices.
