Juicy Lucy
American cheese melted between two grilled beef patties on a bun and served with sliced red onions.
Yield: 24 servings
INGREDIENTSQUANTITYDIRECTIONS
  
1. For each serving: Break 1 cheese slice into 4 squares; overlap cheese pieces onto middle of 1 beef patty.

Top with another beef patty; seal edges completely to enclose cheese. Season with salt and pepper.

2. Grill beef patty to desired doneness, turning once.
American cheese (3/4-ounce slices)24 slices

Ground black pepper as needed
  
3. Place cooked beef patty between bun halves; wrap in paper napkin. Serve immediately with onion rings.
