Deli-thin roast beef served with cantaloupe and honeydew slices and lime.
Yield: 1 serving
1. Arrange beef, cantaloupe and honeydew on serving plate. Garnish with lime and watercress. Accompany with a light yogurt dressing or citrus vinaigrette, if desired.
