Roast Beef Sandwiches with Horseradish-Fennel Sauce
Thinly sliced roast beef layered on a baguette with Horseradish-Fennel Sauce.

1. Line bottom of baguette with beef; spoon sauce evenly over beef. Close sandwich. Cut into 8 equal pieces.

Horseradish-fennel sauce na
Horseradish-Fennel Sauce: 
Horseradish-Fennel Sauce: In medium bowl combine cream, fennel, horseradish and salt. Mix well. Serve chilled.
Heavy cream, whipped1/2 cup
Fresh fennel, finely chopped, with fronds2 tablespoons
Prepared horseradish1 1/2 tablespoons
Salt1/8 teaspoon
