Meatballs in Cranberry-Orange Sauce
Baked ground beef simmered with a sweet and sour cranberry-orange sauce.
Yield: 8 servings
1. In a large nonstick skillet, combine all ingredients except meatballs. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to medium-low.

Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes, stirring and slightly pressing to crush whole berries.

2. Add meatballs to skillet; continue to cook until meatballs are heated through, stirring occasionally.
Fully-cooked frozen meatballs18 ounces
Whole berry cranberry sauce16 ounces
Orange juice1 cup
Prepared picante sauce, mild1/2 cup
Cider vinegar2 tablespoons
Ginger, minced1/2 teaspoon
Ground allspice dash
