Barbecued Beef on Onion Rolls
Beef simmered with tasty sweet barbecue sauce served on an onion roll.
Yield: 16 servings
1. Remove fat from beef; discard. Drain juices from beef. Reserve 1/2 cup; discard remaining juice.
Canned Beef with Natural Juices (29-ounce cans)2 cans
2. Combine beef, reserved beef juice, barbecue sauce, green onion, brown sugar and lemon juice in large saucepan.

3. Cook mixture for 10 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Prepared barbecue sauce2 cups
Green onions, sliced1 cup
Brown sugar1/4 cup
Lemon juice2 tablespoons
4. Place a scant 1/2 cup (#8 scoop) on bottom of each roll; replace top.
