Garlic-Stuffed Steak

Garlic-Stuffed Steak
Marinated top sirloin filled with garlic stuffing and grilled.
Yield: 24 servings
Garlic Stuffing: 
1. To make Garlic Stuffing: Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add garlic and onions. Cook, stirring, 6 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with pepper and salt; reserve.
Olive oil1/2 cup
Garlic, minced1 pound
Green onions, minced1 pound
Ground black pepper1 tablespoon
Salt1 tablespoon
Dry Marinade: 
2. To make Dry Marinade: Combine black pepper, garlic salt and cayenne pepper; reserve.

Garlic salt2 tablespoons
Cayenne pepper1 tablespoon
3. Cut a deep horizontal pocket in each steak. Stuff each steak with 2 tablespoons Garlic Stuffing. Lightly coat both sides of steaks with dry marinade. Cover and refrigerate.

4. For each serving: Grill or broil 1 steak to desired doneness, turning once.
