Chicken Fried Steak
Cubed steaks baked in chicken-flavored rub breading and served with Cream Gravy.
Yield: 4 servings
Seasoned Flour: 
1. Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper in a bowl.
All-purpose flour1 cup
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Cube steaks (tenderized from Prime Center Cut Sirloin)4
Batter Mix: 
Gently press out the steak in the seasoned flour. Shake off the excess flour. Holding the steak, dip the floured steak into the batter mix. Again place it back in the flour. Gently press out the battered steak in the seasoned flour.

Cook for approximately 2-1/2 to 3 minutes.

Cook's Tip: If the steak is just about floating on top of the oil, it is done.

Dry mustard2 teaspoons
Powdered chicken flavor1 teaspoon
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Ground black pepper1/2 teaspoon
Cream Gravy: 
3. Combine oil and flour in a sauce pan and heat on medium high heat until light golden in color. Slowly add all the milk, mixing with a wire whip continuously until thickened. Add the salt and pepper or to taste. Serve with chicken fried steaks.
