Chicken-Fried Steak Sandwich
A crisp, golden chicken-fried steak served with a spicy Cajun mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato on a grilled Kaiser roll.

1. To make Cajun Mayonnaise: In bowl, blend mayonnaise, Cajun seasoning blend and garlic until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate. Yield: about 3 cups.

2. For each serving, to order: Cook 1 chicken-fried steak per manufacturer's directions; drain. Grill cut sides of 1 roll. Spread 1 tablespoon Cajun Mayonnaise on each cut side of roll.
Top bottom half with 2 tomato slices, the steak and 1 lettuce leaf. Cover with remaining roll half. Cut in half and plate.
